Day 8: Valley Drop
Tonight we begin our study on Judo's Valley Drop: Tani Otoshi.
Skills enforced tonight include the "sliding into second base" movement as well as the "throw to pin, pin to win" idea.
This is a classroom wide exercise with all Judoka working together regardless of rank or experience.
