Welcome to Santa Rosa Judo Club: Quarterly Sessions Open Now!
At Santa Rosa Judo Club our 13-week, 26-class curriculum that rotates with the the seasons.
Our classes begin the first Tuesday of every session; students learn Judo's philosophy, history, techniques, and principles. From first timers on the tatami (Judo mat) to seasoned competitors; our environment welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities.
Structured drills, sparring sessions, and individualized instruction, are available every class. Physical and mental resilience, discipline, respect and camaraderie are only a few benefits available found in Judo.

Adult Judo:
7:00pm-8:30pm Tues/Thurs
16+ years of age
UNESCO have declared Judo as the best initial training sport since it allows:
“A comprehensive physical education, enhancing, through knowledge of the sport, all psychomotor possibilities (spatial location, perspective, ambidexterity, laterality, throwing, pushing, crawling, jumping, rolling, falling, independent joint coordination of both hands and feet, etc.) and relationship with others, using play and fight like element integrator-dynamic and introducing technical and tactical sport initiation of shape adapted; in addition to seeking a general, ideal fitness.”
