The Cahill 6. The Cahill 6 are 6 pinning techniques arranged in a drilled format to move from one pin to another.


You've previously been introduced to 2 of these 6 pins: kesa gatame and yokoshiho gatame.


The Cahill 6 are so named after creator of the drill, Willy Cahill: national, international, and Olympic coach.


Willy is a living legend of Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu and Kodokan Judo in America.
