Welcome to Santa Rosa Judo Club: A Journey Through the Seasons

At Santa Rosa Judo Club, we believe in the power of disciplined practice, structured learning of seasonal change. Our unique class structure is designed to guide practitioners through a comprehensive 13-week, 26-class curriculum that rotates with the the seasons.

Our classes commence on the first Tuesday of every session; under the guidance of experienced instructors, students delve into the art and philosophy ofJudo, exploring its rich history, techniques, and principles. From beginners taking their first steps onto the tatami to seasoned practitioners honing their skills, our inclusive environment welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities.

As the session unfolds, students progress through a carefully crafted curriculum, building upon their foundations and deepening their understanding of judo's core concepts.

 

Structured drills, sparring sessions, and individualized instruction, participants develop not only physical but also mental resilience, discipline, and respect. With each passing week, the dojo becomes a space where students come to challenge themselves, support one another, and cultivate a lifelong love for Judo.

 

As the session draws to a close on the last Thursday, there's a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie that only hard work and shared mat time can create. 

And now, as we stand at the threshold of a new session, registration is open, inviting you to embark on this extraordinary journey with us. Whether you're seeking to improve your Judo, improve your fitness, or simply connect with a community of like-minded individuals, Santa Rosa Judo Club offers a path towards personal growth and fulfillment—one season at a time.
